Scheduling Your Appointment

Availability: We operate 7 days a week, Sunday-Saturday, 7am-10pm to accommodate your schedule.

How to Book: Appointments can be easily booked by calling our number below or using our online booking system.

Same-Day Services: We offer same-day appointments in most cases. Please call as early as possible to ensure availability.

Location: Our mobile service means we come to you! We cover Orange County, Los Angeles, and Riverside County so please confirm that we service your location when scheduling.

What To Expect

Initial Consultation: Our lice technician will arrive at your location, assess the situation, and discuss the treatment plan with you.

Duration of Appointment: Appointments typically last between 1 hour to 2 hours per treatment depending on the severity of the infestation.

Treatment Process: We use non-toxic, enzyme powered solutions followed by complete removal of louse and nits ensuring a safe and effective treatment.

Treatment Preparation

- Please ensure that all hair is dry, without product, and free of tangles before your appointment. Hair requiring extensive combing may incur an additional fee of $50. If you suffer from dandruff please don't apologize or be embarrassed - it's common!

- Customers with extensions in need of treatment must remove extensions to allow proper comb-out and treatment.

- Please have a chair and table available in a well-lit area upon our lice technicians arrival.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

- Appointments must be secured with a credit card on file; there is no upfront deposit required.

- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment; otherwise, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply, which will not be credited toward future services.

- For same-day booking, a cancellation notice of at least 2 hours is necessary; failing to do so will incur a $50 fee.

- As a mobile service, we depend on being able to reach you at your scheduled appointment time. We offer a 10-minute grace period for clients who may be delayed. If you do not answer the door and are unreachable by phone, we may consider this a no-show and may need to cancel your appointment. In such cases, a cancellation fee of $50 may apply. Please make every effort to inform us if you anticipate any delays so we can accommodate you.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept debit, (exact) cash, and all major credit cards. Additionally, if you are pleased with the service provided by our technicians, tips are always appreciated and may be offered directly to them.

Health and Safety

Our team follows strict hygiene and sterilization protocols to ensure the safety of you and your family during treatment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

- Our one-time treatment guarantees complete lice removal in one session.

- To qualify for the 30-day guarantee, all individuals living in the home—including nannies or caregivers—must be checked and/or treated.

- If lice are detected during the guarantee period, treatment will be provided at no additional cost. However, if no lice or nits are found during a follow-up visit, the standard head check fee of $135 will apply.

Additional Services

- We offer urgent lice removal services between 10 PM and 3 AM for an additional charge of 1.5 times the normal household rates - subject to technician availability.

- We offer complimentary advice on prevention and maintenance, as well as tips for managing lice outbreaks at school and home.
