- To qualify for the 30-day guarantee, all individuals living in the home—including nannies or caregivers—must be checked and/or treated.

- If lice are detected during the guarantee period, treatments will be provided at no additional cost. However, if no lice or nits are found during a follow-up visit, the standard head check fee of $135 will apply.

Member Portal:

- Clients have access to a member portal, which includes our blog and online community dedicated to discussing all things lice-related.

- The portal allows clients to ask questions, comment, and share images to determine whether they are dealing with lice.

- Participation in this community is optional and is intended to provide support and shared knowledge among clients.

- Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to engage respectfully within the member portal. Any instances of cyberbullying, aggression, or inappropriate language directed towards our technicians or other clients will not be tolerated. Clients who violate this policy will have their access to our services revoked and may be flagged accordingly. Our intention is to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for clients and technicians alike.

- Clients who purchase lice removal kits will receive access to step-by-step video tutorials designed to demonstrate the proper use of our products.

- These tutorials aim to guide clients through the lice removal process and ensure effective application of the products provided.

Mobile Service and Pricing:

- All services are provided on a mobile basis; we do not have a physical clinic.

- While we do not provide super-bills for insurance reimbursement, we can issue a detailed invoice upon request. You may submit this to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Preparation for Treatment:

Please ensure that all hair is dry, without product, and free of tangles before your appointment. Hair requiring extensive combing may incur an additional fee of $50.

No Liability Clause:
